A little over a year ago, I started doing CrossFit with my husband. I’ve gotten stronger, done things I never would have dreamed I could do and since getting my diet under control in the last two months, lost 20 pounds.
As of this week, I’m officially a CrossFit level 1 trainer, something I never would have imagined doing. Me. A trainer. I can’t believe it.
Like, seriously, I’m still a bit shocked.
Anywho, since I started doing CrossFit, I’ve also reconnected with my friend Adam from high school. He’s now a personal trainer and it’s been fun chatting about lifting weights, food and general badassery.
So fun, in fact, we thought we’d record a podcast about our fitness journeys, what motivates us and how we manage to stay fit as parents of small kids.
