Resources

This page is a compilation of my favorite resources that make my natural health lifestyle simpler and more sustainable.
Some of the products I recommend are through affiliate links. This means that I get a small percentage of sales if you purchase through that link. This is at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products and companies that I’ve personally used and had a great experience with.
Natural remedies
Hands-down, the best essential oils I have ever used. And I’ve been using essential oils for a long time. These oils are certified pure therapeutic grade which means they’re safe for consumption and you need to use less of them. Joining their Loyalty Rewards program also lets you earn points for free products. Win! (Contact me if you’re interested in a wholesale membership which gives you 25% off of retail).
An excellent resource for herbs. Mt. Rose Herbs offers quality, organic herbs with a quick turnaround time. They offer herbs in large and small quantities. They also carry essential oils, but they are not therapeutic grade. There is a $10 minimum order.
This is the company my dad’s been working for for years. They are a wholesale company, growing herbs for businesses around the world (like the one mentioned above). If you want bulk herbs, spices or teas, this is a great place to go. They also have essential oils, but these are not therapeutic grade. Minimum order is only $40.

There are lots of great places to get coconut oil. Some of my favorite are on Amazon and Tropical Traditions. Tropical Traditions has a very good reputation for providing excellent quality coconut products and other health-food items.
Cod liver oil is a great source of vitamin D. It is easily assimilated into our bodies and comes in a variety of flavors. My kids like the orange flavor the best.
