(Every weekend, I share a roundup of some great posts, recipes and other wellness goodness. Enjoy!)

Shelter for the Spirit – I’ve been reading this wonderful book lately about creating a peaceful haven. I love that it’s inspired me to be more intentional about making my home more lovely.

Mason jar frog lids – I’m starting with what I’ve got, which is a whole lot of jars. I’m doing something like this for my birthday party this evening. Can you help me celebrate?

Cuppow – I love jars. Especially for taking drinks with me. (I really want one of these).

Canning Jar Cozy – And of course, if you have a cuppow, you need something like this for hot beverages.

Blueberry Maple Coconut Milk ice cream – Perfect for those of use who eat non-dairy ice cream. Serve it in your favorite jar. :)

  1. We’ve just started eating coconut milk ice cream, so your recipe is very timely! Thanks!

  2. Nina,
I want to get away from plastic cups for our babies – so thank you for the link to Cuppow.

I am wanting to replace olive oil with coconut oil in our house due to a recent discovery that a lot of it is not so honest – maybe you can do a post on how you use coconut oil and if it would be ok to only use that as your cooking oil sometime??

Keep it coming – I love all of your favorites!

  3. Thanks for the idea, Jennifer! I’ll start working on it.
